D25 mini wheel loader is a new generation multifunction wheel loader which introduces the world advanced technology, fully drawing on the advantages of similar models both domestic and abroad. The mini-loader is a multi-purpose and high-efficiency mechanical product, which can be used for material loading and unloading, short-distance transportation and security permit lifting, traction and other operations, widely used in farm, ranch, infrastructure, road construction as well as stations, docks and other operating conditions.

1、 Engine

 Adopt powerful PERKINS engine 403D-11, power 18.4kW, rotating rate: 3000rpm, compliance with Euro Ⅲ emission standard.  

2、Enhanced working device

Optimize the design and three-dimensional motion analyze the frame, working unit and other important structural parts based on widely absorbing the advantages of the similar models in European market, which makes it with reasonable structure, flexible operation ,stability and durability.

3．Rapid change of variety attachments 

Hydraulic system introduces foreign advanced sealing technology, equipped with standard 4 points hydraulic quick-change system and provide numerous optional attachments, which allows users to meet the requirements of a variety of working conditions through quick-change different attachments.  

4、Complete hydraulic transmission

Break the traditional modes of mechanical transmission, adopt international advanced hydrostatic travel system, hydrostatic main drive system and heavy-duty axial flow plunger pump replacing gear pump. Variable speed drive adopts hydraulic control to achieve automatic infinitely variable speed; improve operational performance and efficiency. Thus bring about a very powerful driving force and traction, to meet different application requirements. Automatic brake after parking, brake smoothly, safe and reliable.

5、High-quality cooling system

Adopt chip-type high-quality aluminum radiator, reducing the fluid flow resistance, which is conducive to the deposition of cooling water pollution, while radiating tube is not easy blocked, thus overcome the technical difficulties that similar products may not work continuously from domestic and abroad, which improves the using efficiency of the products.
